Bob Dylan - ‘Cross the Green Mountain
As the producer, I managed every logistical layer of the shoot—from securing Civil War-era locations in Virginia to coordinating a 30-person crew across three states. I negotiated contracts, handled permits, and oversaw wardrobe rentals to ensure historical accuracy. We filmed in abandoned train yards and fog-drenched fields to echo the song’s haunting tone. Balancing Dylan’s poetic narrative with the film’s controversial legacy, I worked closely with the director to shape a visual story that honored the soldier’s perspective while challenging the mythology. Every frame was a result of careful planning, creative problem-solving, and relentless attention to detail.
